Active Education foundation policy is to assist and partner with organisations who are committed to ensuring the physical wellness of our learners. The challenges of this are of focus is not only financial but educating the educators has become a vital role in the movement to win back the physical activity in today’s society. The benefits of a fitter healthier and physical developed society has both long term and short term benefits. With this in mind Active Education Foundation has formed partners with Government Departments, Media Companies, Institutions, Communities, Schools, Clubs and Coaches. We have highlighted one of the programmes below as means of demonstrating our capacity and commitment. We are always open to assisting and developing more projects.
Physical Education Challenge The Physical Education Challenge has been running for 3 years and continues to touch lives each day. The challenge is designed to highlight the importance of Physical Education in the schools, expose both learners and educators. The challenge course is a practical way of running Physical Education lessons in line with the Department of Basic Education's (CAPS) curriculum. The challenge is made possible By Super Sports Lets Play, Department of Basic Education, The Department of Sport and Recreation, Unicef, Sports Trust, Steers , Hitachi, Active Education.
